Questions about pricing

What is included, what is billed, and how we count.

How is the price worked out?

You pay per extension: one line per person, and nothing else if you do not need it. Add simultaneous call channels if you take our trunk, and the numbers you want to keep or obtain. The unit price falls as the quantity rises. A setup fee applies once, at activation.

What does an extension include?

The softphone in the browser, on mobile and on the computer, voicemail with its transcript, diversions, colleague presence, access to the call-flow editor, statistics and history. Updates, monitoring of the installation and backups are included: there is no separate maintenance contract.

Is there a minimum term?

No. The subscription is monthly and ends with thirty days' notice, taking effect at the end of the month. You buy no telephony hardware, so there is nothing to depreciate.

Do we have to buy handsets?

No. Every line works from a browser, a mobile or a computer, with no hardware. You can add desk phones if you prefer them: they then configure themselves at power-on.

What does keeping our numbers cost?

The transfer is free: you simply need the RIO code for each line, obtained by dialling 3179 from the number concerned. Only the number itself is then billed, like any number. Allow around ten days between filing and the switch, on a date agreed with you.

How are calls billed?

By the second, according to the destination called, and only if you subscribe to our trunk. The per-destination rate card is provided before the order. If you prefer to keep your current carrier, your calls stay with them and we bill only the subscription.

Are prices excluding tax?

Yes, all amounts are excluding tax; VAT at the prevailing rate is added.
