What you are putting together here
A subscription is made of three things, and you take only what you need. Everything else is included.
Extensions
One line per person. Each works in the browser, on mobile and on the computer, with transcribed voicemail, diversions and colleague presence. A desk phone can be added, configuring itself at power-on. The unit price falls as the number of extensions rises.
Calls
Two ways. Either you keep your current carrier and your calls stay with them, in which case we bill only the subscription. Or you take our channels, and calls are billed by the second according to destination, with the rate card provided before the order. The number of channels matches simultaneous calls, not the number of extensions.
Numbers
You keep yours: the transfer is free with the RIO code, obtained by dialling 3179 from the line concerned, and the switch happens around ten days later on an agreed date. You can also take new numbers, geographic or national, active immediately.
What happens next
Activation takes a few days: your installation is created, your extensions are waiting, and we walk you through the first setup. Number porting follows its own calendar, around ten days, and your old numbers keep working until the switch. A setup fee applies once, at activation. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term, and ends with thirty days' notice taking effect at the end of the month.
