The credit is calculated on the service portion of your referral's subscription. Resold hardware and carrier pass-through are excluded.

These are the rates our billing system applies when your credit is calculated. They are the only ones in force.

How it works

    You generate your code

    From your customer area, under My referrals. A share link is created along with the code.

  2. 2

    You share it

    By email, message or in person, with a business that is not yet a customer.

  3. 3

    They sign up at the normal price

    They register with your code and order their subscription at the public rate: your recommendation costs them nothing extra, and pays you.

  4. 4

    Their first paid order activates the referral

    The credit is calculated from that first collected payment, then at every following billing date.

  5. 5

    The credit lands on your invoice

    Thirty days after your referral's payment is collected, the credit is applied automatically to your subscription. Nothing for you to do.

Referral or business partner?

Both programmes reward a recommendation, but they are not for the same people and they do not stack.

Referral is for you if

  • •you are already a BreizhVoIP customer
  • •you recommend occasionally, within your own network
  • •you would rather have an automatic deduction on your subscription than an invoice to issue

The partner programme is for you if

  • •you are a registered business (company number)
  • •you bring in customers regularly, as part of your activity
  • •you want to be paid in cash, against an invoice

If you already have a referral code and become a business partner, your code is kept: it becomes your partner code, and any link you have already shared stays valid.

Conditions

  • •Be a BreizhVoIP customer with an active subscription: the credit is set against your invoices, it cannot be paid out any other way.
  • •Your referral must not already be a customer, nor already in a commercial relationship with BreizhVoIP at the time of the recommendation.
  • •The credit becomes due thirty (30) days after your referral's payment is actually collected, to cover payment incidents and withdrawals.
  • •It applies to the service portion of the subscription, excluding hardware and carrier pass-through.
  • •The rates above are the current programme rates; they may change, and a change never applies retroactively to credits already calculated.
