How much does a cloud phone system cost?
Billing is per extension, with no forced tiers: you only pay for the extensions you actually need, plus the trunk channels and numbers you select. A one-off setup fee applies when the line is opened. The online configurator shows the exact total for your setup before you order.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. The subscription has no commitment period and is billed monthly. You can scale the number of extensions up or down as your needs change.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. Porting your existing numbers is supported, so your customers keep reaching you on the same numbers after the migration. You request it directly from the configurator when ordering.
Do I have to use the BreizhVoip SIP trunk?
No. You can either use our SIP trunk or keep your current carrier and connect your own trunk to the IPBX. Call rates only apply if you choose our trunk.
Does the service work outside France?
Yes. The IPBX is a cloud service: extensions connect over the internet from any country, which suits multi-site teams and staff working remotely abroad. Outbound calling covers France and international destinations, with per-destination rates.
Do I need to buy desk phones?
No, it is optional. Every extension works from the desktop and mobile softphone. You can still add IP desk phones to your order if you prefer physical handsets.
