List of available modules
22 modules organized into 5 categories to create complex dialplans
Routing / Redirection
- RedirectRedirect a call to one or more extensions. The system calls all extensions in parallel and the first to answer receives the call.
- Dialplan RedirectRedirect to another dialplan. Allows creating reusable and modular dialplans by transferring execution to another routing.
- External RoutingRoute a call to an external number (landline or mobile) via a configured trunk. Ideal for outbound calls and routing to external numbers.
- Dial by AliasDial an internal alias to reach a station. Allows users to call a colleague directly by dialing their alias number, without knowing the technical extension.
- Ring GroupRing multiple stations simultaneously or sequentially. Configure advanced ringing strategies to distribute calls within a group of stations.
Conditions / Filters
- SchedulesRoute the call according to schedules (open/closed/on-call). Allows managing business hours and routing differently according to times.
- HolidayRoute according to holidays in the selected country. Holidays are automatically detected according to the country's official calendar.
- Contact FilterRoute the call according to the calling contact. Allows routing differently depending on whether the caller is recognized as a contact in the database.
- Telemarketing FilterDetect and filter telemarketing phone numbers. Allows routing differently or automatically rejecting telemarketing calls.
Interaction
- IVR (Interactive Voice Menu)Interactive voice menu allowing the caller to choose an option by pressing keys. Ideal for creating navigation menus.
- Code SelectionThe caller dials a numeric code to access a specific output. Perfect for secure access systems or PIN authentication.
- CallbackOffer a call back rather than more waiting. When nobody can take the call, the caller is offered a call back: they accept with one key, hang up, and you receive the request by email with their number and the time. It turns a lost call into a customer rung back, and it stops the queue growing while nothing can be done about it.
Messages / Playback
- Audio MessagePlay a message to the caller: the greeting, a piece of information, an instruction, a one-off announcement. The files come from the audio studio, where they are recorded from a microphone or spoken by a synthetic voice, and they change in minutes. It is the most used module in a phone system, and the one that sets the tone of the company before anyone picks up.
- VoicemailTake the message when nobody can answer, and get it to the right person. The caller hears your greeting, leaves a message, and it arrives by email with the recording attached and a written transcript. You read before you listen, call back without playing it all again, and nothing gets lost between the answering machine and whoever was meant to ring back.
- Hang UpEnd the call deliberately, at a chosen point in the flow. A phone system that never hangs up leaves the caller in silence wondering whether anyone is coming. After a closing message, after an error announcement, or when every line is taken, it is better to hang up clearly and, if needed, tell the caller's operator why.
- Wait / PauseInsert a silence or a pause in the flow. Two messages running into each other are hard to follow, and an announcement that starts before the caller has the phone to their ear is not heard. A second or two is often what separates a pleasant phone system from an abrupt one.
Services
- QueueHold callers and send them the first adviser who frees up, rather than letting the phone ring into the void. The queue keeps the order of arrival, plays your music and announcements, and hands out calls by the rule you choose. It replaces 'call back later' with an orderly wait, and it tells you how many people hung up before anyone took them.
- Call RecordingKeep a record of what was said. Recording starts automatically by your rules, or by hand during the conversation when it turns into something worth keeping. The files are found from the call history, with the number, the date and the person who answered. Always tell the caller: it is a legal requirement, and the module can play the announcement for you.
- Webhook / API IntegrationAsk your own software during the call and decide with its answer. Before the phone even rings, your business tool can say who is calling, whether they have an open case, whether they are behind on payment, or whether they should go straight to their usual contact. The phone system stops treating everyone the same, with nothing to retype.
- ConferenceBring several people into one call, with no link to send and no software to install: everyone dials a number and enters the room. An access code can protect the meeting, and the host keeps control of who speaks. This is the answer when not everyone is in front of a screen, on a site or in a car.
- Set Caller IDChoose what the person you call sees. By default an internal extension shows its short number, which means nothing outside the company and cannot be called back. This module presents the company number instead, or a department's, or a readable name. It is the difference between a call that is answered and one that is ignored.
- Set VariableRemember something during the call and use it further along. The option the caller chose in a menu, the department concerned, the campaign they came from: these are set here and turn up later in the call history or in the data sent to your business software. It is what lets you know not only that a call happened, but what it was about.
