Scheduled meetings
Putting a meeting in people's calendars rather than sending a link at the last minute. You pick the date and the participants, each receives an invitation that drops into their calendar in one click, and you see who has confirmed. People outside the company join through a link with a limited life, with no account to create and nothing to install.
How it works
You create the meeting: date, time, length, title.
You choose internal participants and add the addresses of people outside.
Each receives an email with the calendar file: one click and the meeting is in their diary.
Replies are tracked: who accepted, who declined, who said nothing.
On the day, everyone joins from the link, with nothing to install.
Guest links have a limited life: they do not circulate indefinitely.
Use cases
- A weekly committee: set once, present in everyone's calendar.
- A scheduled customer meeting, with the invitation sent as the quote is signed.
- A meeting with an outside partner who has no account and installs nothing.
- A recruitment interview: the candidate gets a link, valid on the day.
- A training session: participants confirm, so you know how many places to plan for.
Benefits
- The invitation drops into the calendar in one click, on the usual calendar apps.
- Reply tracking: no more chasing people one by one to know who is coming.
- Outside guests join without creating an account.
- A link with a limited life, rather than one valid for months.
- The meeting happens in the same tool as the telephony, with no extra subscription.
Examples
- The Monday catch-up set for the year: everyone has it in their calendar, and absences show in advance.
- A customer meeting: the invitation goes out with the proposal, and the customer confirms in one click.
- An interview with a candidate: a link valid on the day, with no account to create.
