Security
A phone system is a target: a stolen login is used to place expensive calls abroad, usually at night and at weekends. Protection is therefore on by default. Communications are encrypted between your devices and our servers, repeated sign-in attempts are blocked automatically, and admin access can require two-factor authentication on top of the password.
How it works
Exchanges between your devices and our servers are encrypted, voice included.
Repeated sign-in attempts from one address are blocked automatically.
Admin access can require a second factor: a temporary code, a physical key or a fingerprint.
Sign-in can go through the company's Microsoft or Google accounts, with their own rules.
International calling can be capped by destination and by amount.
Sensitive operations are logged: who did what, and when.
Each company's data is separated, including where several share the installation.
Use cases
- Avoiding the bill from a break-in: calls abroad placed at night with a stolen password.
- Trades bound by confidentiality: health, law, accountancy, where the exchange itself is private.
- Remote work: reaching the tool from outside without exposing the installation.
- Regulatory obligations: showing that access is traced and exchanges are protected.
- A departure: cutting one person's access at a stroke, without changing everyone's passwords.
Benefits
- Communications encrypted between your devices and our servers.
- Automatic blocking after several failed sign-in attempts.
- Two-factor authentication: temporary code, physical key or fingerprint.
- Sign-in with the company's Microsoft or Google accounts.
- Caps and restrictions on international calling.
- A log of sensitive operations, available afterwards.
- Hosting in France, on infrastructure we run.
Examples
- A weak password probed from abroad: the address is blocked on the third attempt, before it is found.
- A firm requires a physical key for its administrators: a stolen password is no longer enough to get in.
- A departure: the account is disabled within the minute, and everyone else's access is untouched.
