How it works

1. 1You give us the RIO code for each number to keep: dial 3179 from the line itself to obtain it.
2. 2We prepare the portability file and you sign the mandate online, with nothing to print or scan.
3. 3The transfer is scheduled for a date agreed together, around ten days as a rule.
4. 4On the day, the switch takes a few minutes: the people who call you notice nothing.
5. 5New numbers are active immediately: a number from your region or a national number.
6. 6Each number is routed wherever you want: reception, a department, a person, a menu, a mobile.
7. 7The number shown to the people you call is chosen line by line: the company number, the department's or the person's direct line.
